The Consultants

Pet Business Consulting LLC was founded by Mary Ann Schmidt RN, MBA and Dr. Tom Glodek.  Mary Ann  is a Registered Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse, an Environmental Biologist, and an Ornithologist. Mary Ann  has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a Focus on Business Management and Entrepreneurship, a fancy word for New Business Startups and Development.  Mary Ann's husband,  Dr. Thomas Glodek, is an accomplished physician/surgeon also has a Masters in Business Administration and Development Education, also with Focus on Business Management and Entrepreneurship.  Dr. Tom, a businessman himself, established  a very successful medical practice and a computer software company developing electronic health care records. Dr. Tom also has extensive experience in business consulting, business development, business management and business operations.  Since 1999, Mary Ann and Dr. Tom  have been providing Kennel and Dog Day Care Startup Consulting Services to Individuals Just Like You who have a Passionate Desire for starting their own Pet Care Service Businesses.  Mary Ann and Dr. Tom are dedicated to helping you realize your dream of owning and operating a successful Pet Care Service Businesses which adheres to the Highest Quality and Ethical Standards which are consistent with Safe and Humane Pet Care. 

Mary Ann and Dr. Tom have Two Horses, Bud and Dollar, Both Rescued from a Cattle Ranch in Southeast Arizona Near the Mexican Border, Two Labrador Retreivers, Jennie and Maggie, a Wire Haired Dachshund named Rusty who was rescued from a nearby Stable where someone threw him away, Gracie a ferrel Cat rescued after she was found with her paws frozen to a table top, and Two Parakeets Little Blue and Goldie, two escapees from teh neighborhood were rescued from the back yard. They also have over a dozen Rhode Island Reds  laying eggs in the custom chicken coop Dr. Tom built to protect them from hawks and coyotes on their Micro farm in rural Maricopa County near Goodyear, Arizona.  Mary Ann and Tom also founded and operate the Arizona Labrador Rescue, a Home for Throw Away Labs awaiting their forever home.
